Througout December Channel 4 will be airing highlights from the Bristish Gas Great swims at 8am on Sunday mornings throughout December.

The first of the series was Sunday the 28th Novermber – dont worry if you missed it, you can find it on 4OD

Full details on the series can be found here, and will include swims in London, Suffolk, Glasgow and the Lake District.
