Secure Ordering
All precautions are taken to ensure that transactions are secure although SOS Swim Shop cannot be held responsible for any breech of security
Refund Policy
1.Short Deliveries/Damaged Goods
In the event of short deliveries or goods arriving damaged in transit, notification should be given within two days of receipt of goods. No claim can be entertained after goods have been used.
2.Refund/Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us in perfect condition (with labels intact, unused/unworn still in original packaging) within 21 days. Please quote your Invoice Number and advise whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
3.Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item please state whether you require an exchange or refund. For exchanges please provide full details of the items returned. Any differences of payment will be credited or debited to the original card payment or invoiced separately.
Please quote your Invoice Number and mark the parcel “Returns Department” and let us know the reason for the return.
4.Return Postage and Packing Costs
Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer (except for faulty/damaged items)
Customers should obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us which is available F.O.C. from the Post Office
It is advised that high value goods are returned using the recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for non delivery of returned items
Damaged and faulty goods should be returned quoting the invoice number and, if the manufacturer accepts the fault, credit will be given in full.
