TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Special Delivery
If you would like to guarantee that your order is delivered the next day you can pay for Special Delivery via Royal Mail. Royal Mail guarantee to deliver your Special Delivery™ Next Day item before 3.00pm the next working day, or will refund the cost of postage.
This guarantee does not apply if:

• They were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item 
• The delivery address is in an area of the UK where they do not guarantee next day delivery
• Where the delivery is to an address for which a person has paid for our redirection services. The item will be forwarded to the new address using Special Delivery but the money back guarantee does not apply
• Special delivery is not available to the following postcodes: GY1, GY9, HS2, PA 61-75, PA 78, ZE 2-3, KW 16-17, PH30, PH 41-43.
