This versatile silicon ankle training band can be worn in a range of different ways to eliminate kicking in the water to help build upper body strength and strengthen your core as you maintain a horizontal body position. The band can be used with or without a Pullbuoy, worn around the ankles, in a figure of eight for a tighter fit or around the knees for breaststroke technique training.
