About SOS Swim Shop

SOS Swim Shop is a family run independent swim retailer, everything you see on this website is held in stock, in our shop in Broadstone Poole.

The business began life in 1985 as a swim school teaching up to 800 children a week. Along the way we got asked for the odd pair of goggles and by 1999 we had started the retail side of the business.During 2007 the online shop was in its infancy. By 2008 it became apparent that running all three elements of the business was a step too far and the School was sold, allowing us to concentrate on the retail and online shop.

In 2010 SOS Swim Shop acquired the sole UK import and distribution rights for Swans Goggles and now supply these to several international swimmers, in addition to a number of retailers and swimming clubs. We also attend a number of swim meets, open water events and triathlons throughout the year.

A life long involvement in the sport means that we have a high level of experience and knowledge and a passion which we hope shows!
